Listen to This EpisodeSo you’re trying to get into flipping and wholesaling houses……but you keep hitting a wall.Maybe you’ve done a couple deals, but it’s been hard and you’re struggling to do more.Or it’s been months and you’re still trying to get that first deal.You’re feeling stuck.You’re getting seller leads, but they’re not turning into signed contracts.You’re getting outbid.  Your offers are getting rejected.You’re not finding buyers, and the ones you do find are making low offers.Your profit margins are thin or non-existent.Deals keep falling through or not working out.You’re starting to wonder if this business actually works or not.Any of this sound familiar?If your answer is yes, then I want you to watch this video.I just got back from a trip to South Africa with the 8 Figure Flipping group.It was incredible…I spent the week hanging out with millionaire real estate investors…Going on safari, seeing a ton of amazing wildlife…While also digging deep and working on our businesses.It was awesome.But while we were there, something happened.And I want to share this with you……because it’s literally the answer to all of the “obstacles” I listed above.First, some backstory…I had invited a couple guys from our 7 Figure Flipping group who live and work in South Africa to hang out with us at this meeting.These guys have been in the flipping business for a while and they’ve done well.Recently, they started trying to break into wholesaling, which isn’t common in South Africa yet.  (They’re pretty much the only people doing it.)But they’ve been struggling.Last year, they had to cancel 16 contracts on deals that didn’t work out.And all of this has them wondering, “Can wholesaling really work here?”So we held an informal “hot seat” session.And the 8 Figure Flipping group did what they do best…They dug in and broke down each part of these guys’ business.What they were doing…What they weren’t doing…Their numbers, their tactics…Their past deals…Everything.They dug down till they got to the real issues.It was methodical.  It was direct.
