Constantly pushing the boundaries to find innovation.High altitude training being one of these - taking AFL clubs over to Arizona in the US hiking up Mt Humphreys and trekking the Grand Canyon as well as training in incredible conditions to help find an edge and build resilience.He has an incredible drive in building resilience in young people, hence his new project Resilience builders in which he takes individuals and families of trips including hiking to Mt Everest Base camp to learn about how hard you can really push yourself!
