Taking Psyllium as a Dietary Supplement
Alex White from Australia joins Vinnie Tortorich on this Saturday's Listener Question podcast! PLEASE SUPPORT OUR SPONSOR Pure Vitamin Club NEWSLETTER NEWS No newsletter for awhile because Vinnie has been so busy Working on new PVC vitamin Been traveling and is now preparing for India Trip New newsletter soon! ALEX WHITE He found NSNG because his dad, who is a hardcore cyclist, is NSNG Alex is 29, his father is 60 Alex is a butcher Much different than the propaganda videos portray it (much more humane in reality) Cattle are a good example of the fact that carbs, and grain, make mammals fat! ARE PSYLLIUM HUSK DRINKS OKAY? It is very fibrous The amount of carb that is connected to it is cancelled out because of the fiber Vinnie always asks people: Why do you need psyllium? All psyllium does is build up bulk in your bowels Drinks like Metamucil tend to be bad because of sugar or artificial sweeteners This is a no! If you do not need it, wean yourself off slowly to avoid constipation

The News on Meat
Vinnie Tortorich and Wednesday cohost Andy Schreiber talk the latest news on meat and Pure Vitamins on this Angriest Trainer/Talking Fitness podcast. PLEASE SUPPORT OUR SPONSORS Pure Vitamin Club THE PROCESSED MEAT NEWS New study was saying processed meats will increase your chance of colon cancer Also said red meat is carcinogenic Andy finds this silly CSPI has a lot of pull They do not do experimentation -- they bully scientists and World Health Org Same thing happened when Ansel Keyes was on a mission to get us to eat no fat and more carbs There were holes in the science but he just wanted to push his own initiative/agenda More about this on an Anna/Monday show coming up Bottom line is, if you are obese, you have a greater chance of dying than eating red meat Although red meat still isn't a problem Look at the past! MCDONALD'S FRIES They used to taste better because they used to use tallow Beef fat CSPI had this changed because they didn't like the consumption of animals Instead, it was changed to vegetable oil which becomes a carcinogen when heated to this level NRA They have a lot of money from people like Vinnie who can't find trap shooting outside of the NRA The limiting of guns is giving more money to the NRA CSPI works the same way There is no science in the "Center for Science for Public Interest"
