NSNG® Foods Belcampo Villa Cappelli JOHN FREEMAN John used to think he was eating right. But he was miserable -- he didn't feel well and simply wasn't healthy. Then, he found NSNG® and it took him a couple weeks to realize what he could and couldn't eat. In the first month, he lost 17 lbs. He's 5'9" and started upward of 220 lbs. In 6 months, he got down to 180, and then 174. That's his lowest weight since college. His bloodwork is improving. John is a soybean farmer out of Arkansas! Just as in harvesting meat, in harvesting plants animals are displaced and may die, too. John legally kills wild hogs when they disrupt and destroy his and his neighbors' crops. He's probably killed around 250 this season. THE SOYBEAN INDUSTRY You have soybean meal and oil. Meal is in a lot of animal feed. Soy protein is a widely-used protein for animals. Soybean oil causes inflammation in people. Tractors burn it, too. This is one of its renewable uses. It's also in lots of products. Monocropping is what John does. It's received some flack due to harm to soil. However, nowadays, most farmers steward their land such that it isn't a problem. His soil is still healthy and has been used since 1934. He maximizes every acre. There are sustainable practices, of course. He wants his kids to be able to farm. He wants his neighbors to have good air. Many of the guys who went pro and became heroes now can barely move. Their joints are all messed up and they're dealing with pain. Vinnie played from childhood through college, so he definitely feels the effects still. Recently, his neck, lower back, "good" shoulder, hands and knee have been hurting him. He doesn't like to take NSAIDs too often so he had to figure out another course of management. SAMe is something Vinnie used to take and he's started taking it again. Do some research on this. He committed to this for a month, taking it three times a day. He's also taking glucosamine. Taking these products has been helping. Taking the pure forms he felt started helping him after five or six days. Vinnie's also being very strict NSNG® -- this keeps inflammation down. Adjustable benches are what you want. WEIGHTLIFTING EQUIPMENT If you want to get some equipment for your home gym, listen up! Rogue is very expensive but it is very good. It's a good place to start looking to see what pieces you might want. Start by looking at rigs and racks. You don't need a ton. Vinnie says get the user-friendly, less complicated, multipurpose racks. Rogue has a great RE-3 Echo rack for under $600. If you can spend the money, that's a good choice, in VInnie's opinion. Get the safety equipment, especially if you're going to be lifting alone! Look for a product that has push, pull, and legs mechanisms. Vinnie talks other, more specific pieces as well. Once he hit 273, his doctor became concerned about his health and he became serious. Greg was getting tight in his white water boat. He dropped the sodas, the potatoes, and more. This was a small sacrifice for him when considering the benefits and the longevity. Greg has lost close to 30 lbs and is still dropping more.
