In this class, she teaches us about one of the desert plants she has a major passion for, the Joshua tree (which you'll learn isn't technically a tree). She covers the ecology, associated fauna and pollinators, some botany, but perhaps most importantly, the importance of protecting it. What's more frugal than free? Dumpster diving is frowned upon by society at large, but after completing module two with our teacher, Guisepi Spadafora, you're likely to have a new view on this misunderstood means of acquiring delicious, healthy and free food.
