Senior Director of Internal Audit for Raytheon Technologies, Tom Sanglier joins the show to talk about audits role in disruptive tech.

Tom goes into detail on the risks of working with vendors offering disruptive tech, how Internal Audit can implement this tech for their own departments, and how we can get more budget to do so.

Regardless of how technical you are or aren't, I highly recommend Tom's book Auditing and Disruptive Technologies. As Tom O'Reilly says in the forward, "While every chapters in this book is a must read, our profession would be significantly better if every CAE read the last two chapters and applied those concepts to everything their team does."
