What do you do if your parents are toxic? What about if you experienced trauma and they don't believe you or blame you? What do you do when the people who are supposed to support you don't? Having toxic relationships can be very difficult to navigate because we are taught to always stick by our parents as if it is a social responsibility. What if that wasn't the case?
