US jobs data kicks the ball out the park

At the end of a turbulent week in markets, Friday’s September US jobs report surprised to the upside, helping stocks to close up on the week. US stocks remain close to their all-time highs as traders bet that the Federal Reserve will be able to engineer a soft landing.
