In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Kirsten Wishloff. Dr. Wishloff is a chiropractor specializing in sport injuries and performance-focused care. Her practice style is shaped by her experience as a high level athlete, her time as a personal trainer, and her work as in instructor of manual therapy techniques with Active Release. Her treatment approach emphasizes viewing human movement as an interconnected system and working with clients to safely continue loading/training while recovering from injury. Dr. Wishloff works with clients virtually through her online programs and in person at her clinic in Toronto, The Athlete's Grid, and she also mentors with practitioners/trainers looking to become more proficient at a full body approach to injury rehabilitation.
