We had Dr. Gerald Smith on the show once again to discuss his book Remove The Splinters and watch the body heal.
We touched on it a while back but I wanted to go more in depth with him about it.
It’s funny, we’re always trying to add something into our routines that’s going to allow us to heal or take us to the next level of health.
Sometimes it’s more about what you “don’t do” vs what you “do, do”.
As Dr. Jack Kruse says, if a fish is sick do you change its diet or clean the water he’s swimming in? It makes sense to focus on the environment more than it does the food that’s consumed.
If we simply remove the things that are blocking our healing, the body will do its part to heal and find homeostasis.
