We changed our name! Bloom & Grow Radio is now Growing Joy with Maria! This is just a mini episode reminding you that this week you’ll see our name and podcast art change. But don’t worry: it's the same Maria, same planty heart and inspiration, just a new upgraded look inspired by my book: Growing Joy: The Plant Lover’s Guide to Cultivating Happiness. 

I feel like this rebrand is like a juvenile Monstera that has grown into a fenestrated one!

Last week’s episode titled “We’re Growing” is a deep dive on the motivations behind this rebrand. My business coach actually interviews ME about everything that’s gone on behind the scenes since I took this podcast full time. 

Here are the improvements you’ll enjoy this year because of this rebrand:

• Weekly episodes instead of every other week
• 2 episodes about plant care per month (which is what B&GR currently delivered) and then two MORE episodes that can be community panels about plants/gardening or interviews with wellness experts who specialize in nature based therapies like forest bathing, horticultural therapy, biophilia, plant intelligence and more. So we’ve DOUBLED the content!

On this mini episode, I take you behind the scenes of the audio design and inspiration for our new theme song.
