Kevin Ogar: Help Others Succeed and You Will Too

In 2014, Kevin Ogar dropped a barbell that would change his life forever. The barbell bounced back off the platform and ricocheted into his spine, paralyzing him from the waist down.

Since then, Ogar has become a role model and pioneer in the adaptive athlete field. He currently serves on the CrossFit Level 1 seminar staff as well as the Adaptive Athlete Training Academy. He is also the proud owner of CrossFit WatchTower.
