UEFA Euro round of 16 is set & Venezuela Stuns Mexico

Alexi Lalas and David Mosse recapped the madness as Euro 2024 matchday 3 wrapped up. Georgia completed the upset against the favorites Portugal, allowing them to advance to the Round of 16. In group E, both matches finished in a draw, and all four teams remained tied in points. Ukraine became the first team in Euro history to finish fourth in the group with four points, and not advance. There was another upset on the Copa America side. Venezuela grabbed three points over Mexico, behind a Salomon Rondon penalty kick and missed opportunities by ‘El Tri’.
