Many years ago, a strength and conditioning coach was unheard of and now it’s certainly become the norm. In the last decade, coaches that specialize in leadership and team culture have seen a spike in desirability for programs. Moving forward, this type of coaching position is going to continue to grow in demand. One of the most experienced character and culture coaches in the world, Jack Easterby, joins the podcast for a 2-part conversation. Starting with the Jacksonville Jaguars, and then moving to the University of South Carolina, then back to the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs, and onto the New England Patriots where he was a part of 3 Super Bowl Championships, Jack has a wealth of experience to pull from during his time in these organizations, including a front office role for the Houston Texans as the Vice President of Team Development. JP and Jack know each other from years back, growing up in close proximity in Columbia, South Carolina. In this episode, Jack shares some core principles along with many insights from his time with one of the greatest dynasties of all time - the New England Patriots.
