Cindy Anderson is the founder and CEO of Thinc Strategy and an enterprise consultant. She has worked in 26 countries for companies like Mastercard and RSM, improving valuations, scaling operations, driving ARR, and landing M&A deals in a male-dominated industry.
Cindy began her career as a CPA, growing a successful firm that she sold in 2008 to become the CFO of a global engineering company. There, she discovered her passion for adding value and building successful companies.
After learning she was paid less than her predecessor, Cindy realized many women don't apply for C-level roles despite their qualifications. This inspired her to start Thinc Strategy, which helps companies grow by over 10% in various markets and provides fresh perspectives to stagnant leadership teams, especially in tight labor markets.
