Jennie Garth joined Ryan Seacrest in-studio on Wednesday, March 25, and shared the second annual "I Choose Me" Summit is set for April 25th at the iHeartRadio Theater in LA and this year features a panel of men as well.

"It was a really big moment," Jennie reflected on her character's iconic line. "It's a message that needs to continue as we feel like we're running on empty. ... I like to remind women and men it's time to choose yourself."
