- The main thing that Dr. Porter learned was that anything that he wanted to accomplish, especially in the field of sports, could be done through meditation.

- If you can’t visualize something, you will mess up.
- By using the meditation techniques in sports, Dr. Porter started to have more attention and concentration. Eventually, he began to visualize his grades.
