Who is Nathan Barkocy?
Nathan Barkocy is a real estate developer, investor, and creator of the True Wealth Philosophy. After surviving a near-fatal cycling accident at age 16 that left him pronounced dead at the scene, Nathan rebuilt his life from a hospital bed and went on to build a diverse real estate portfolio spanning medical properties, restoration projects, townhomes, and a wellness resort in Colorado.
Nathan is co-authoring Old Wealth, New Wealth, True Wealth with Sharon Lechter, the legendary co-author of the Rich Dad Poor Dad series. The book, releasing January 23, 2026 — exactly 10 years from the date of his accident — explores how to build a life of purpose, freedom, and lasting prosperity beyond just accumulating dollars.
