Are You Making Space for Anxiety?

Anxiety is not something i can necessarily force. It's often about letting go and easing up. My biggest problem that i had when anxiety was really strong was the feeling that, am i need to manage it better? And so i agree with what you said. We are never quite alone. You know, with my own clients, they are all struggling with similar things, and sort of i'm helping them with what i need as well.
