The Salesperson Isn't a Sales Person, Right?
A lot of the friction that i would find in the design world came from, hey, whoever sold this? You know, hasn't done a day of content strategy in your life. I think it goes back to designers over identifying with the documentation they produce. A good sales person understands what you need. They make you feel good. And then you you develop friends and relationships that actually last your entire life,. because they've started out on these sales relationships.
