How Did You Incentivize Your Senior Managers to Stay On?

I've always believed in entreating people really fairly, sharing kind of, you know, the benefits. So i didn't then advise them that if we were able to close the sale and they were to stay on with the new buyer m for a number of months, they would be rewarded financially. I think we did a good job, i should say, of not ting it leak, because i really was never asked. It goes back to being building a competent and effective management team around you who you trust. By not telling people, i was in the best interest of the business.
