Naps are powerful, isn't it? It is. I love them. But you want to restrict it to 20, 25 minutes. We don't go into deep sleep so that power nap won't affect our ability to sleep that night. All it does keeps us in life sleep, gets rid of all that murky adenosine which we don't want to have a whole lot of. And we wake up and we're ready to go for four or five hours after that.
