How to Value Your Passion

If you're not blessed with passion in something and you can't force it, then be strategic about it. And if you're really good at it, you'll be able to command a good fee or a good income from whatever it is that you do. The research says that after about £50,000, £55,000, happiness does not increase with money. But it's so hard to see that when you're earning much less than that. There's so much literature around scaling past a million as a business just creates problems beyond what most people are willing to tolerate.
