There are a lot of studies on fasting and time-restricted eating, which is what they would call intermittent fasting. Forcing ourselves to eat when we're not hungry just seems a little bit unnatural. There's so many CBD products that I feel like it's going to be in everything from water to your shoes anymore. But also things like snacks are largely marketing messages because they certainly didn't have those throughout history. If you look at the data, most Americans think they eat meals 17 times a day but if you actually looked at it scientifically, they're eating three or four times a day.
