M: I usually keep my carbs between a 20 to 30 total a for the day. On days that i do hape em, cause some days i just do zero carb. Butprior to doing, you know, my seven mile run, which is kind of my base line where i'mw working from,. i would do about 60, between 60 to 70 the night before with dinner and then when i would run the following morning, i would feel really good. M: Another thing that maybe be interesting to try next time you do that run is kind of do what you said, where you bump up your carbohydrates a bit that night before; it's totally fine to go out there
