When a p e firm is acquiring there isn't, you're not necessarily able to create that sort of emotional residance with the seller. That counts for so much more than having the absolutely perfected female campaign down rit as actuall. Ah, and yetwith with most searchers, especially for higher quality businesses, generally those businesses are attractive to private equity,. Even to micro cap private equity. And so the value prop that the searcher is providing is just what you're saying, like, hay, this is a different model.
