The Importance of Nudge in Implementation
Nudge is a tool that helps advisors set up tasks for their clients and then nudges them on the tasks. It's used to remind people, but we will actually get on the phone or get on a, you know, screen share or whatever we need to do to make sure that those things are really happening. And what I liked about nudge is they don't have to create a login if they don't,. If they want to see all the nudges in one place, but they can still get those reminders by text or email. They can still mark them complete without having to create any kind of profile. We just tried it with a handful of our clients and just said,
