A lot of times what i'll hear folks say, especially at maybe a ya high school track or cross country meetings, it'll be like, swing your arms. And they mean well with that, but they're kind of telling half the story really. You don't natally want to be swinging your arms to the scent where you are, swinging em backward, then swinging em forward. You want to kind of pop them back, or, if you will, swing them back and then just let them fall forward.
