Heart Rate Monitor for Beginners

The chest rat straps are going to be a little more accurate. Some newer technology has like, itslike essentially an arm strap that goes up kind of above your bicep. That i haven't used one in any meaningful way yet to be able to engauge from a personal standpoint how accurate that is. Those wrist and arm version ones, theyare kind of like an optical heart rte. Is count of what they're doing to gauge it.
