The Five Minute Journal

The five minute journal is a therapeutic intervention for me, at least. It allows me to not only get more done during the day, but to also feel better throughout the entire day. The other type of journaling that i also do is morning pages. I think a lot of my drive comes from constant dissatisfaction. So again, these are five things, but let's be realistic. If you add them all up, it's probably anywhere from y to a hundred and 20 minutes. That's bulshet.
