I think I would have still arrived at this point of doing more introspective work and challenging my own assumptions. The Love Island experience was a kick up the ass that I needed. My view is don't cheat in sports rather than do or don't take drugs. That's a much better way of putting it. People can do, people can put into their own bodies whatever they want. But you're going to have to bear the consequence of that as long as you are not competing in something that has a rule that says you shouldn't take drugs"
