As we age, maintaining and building strength is going to be a little bit more important than hypertrophy. So the basics of any exercise program should be balancing out those exercises across your exercise sessions. Those basic movement patterns are what should be included in any exercise program. And then, you know, you mentioned the five by five. That's just really one rep scheme. It's probably the most basic, the most easy for a beginner to do.
