How to Change Your Habits Into Habits

So when you're thinking about the unconscious or subconscious a when it comes to habitual behavior, you want to break it down a little bit more granularly. So start making a list daily about your habits you enjoy, habits that you don't enjoy, what you would like to change. And then you could also make a list of your unconscious habits that you're like, oh, my god, i couldn't you believe that i was doing that every day. No wonder i was acting exiency.
