Ayatollah Khomeini Was a Modular Head
Hojat al-Islam Khomeini wasn't and Ayatollah I mean there's lots of debates whether he was even actually a modular head basically someone who has a license to practice Ishtar Hard. He was generally seen as more of a political activist cleric apparatic very capable speaker orator but not by any standard an Ayatollah with a significant following. Rasanjani was the key sort of engineer or the person who was essential to engineering this process before hominase dies in his aftermath.
