The Primary Function of the Oblique in CrossFit

In CrossFit everything is up and down. Everything that is toward and away from them back. There's none what is this level versus right the legs somewhat pistols and lunges But that's about it. So you have all those muscles whose primary function in those planar movement don't work so necessarily you're gonna create asymmetries. We are training muscle groups based on their primary function because we avoid certain types of contractions. That means there is nothing connecting and so now you start to have problem with the shoulder Because if the oblique isn't there and the lat is not Anchoring everything that your shoulder have nowhere to anchor.
