How to Associate a Creative With an Ad Campaign?

One of the elements of an ad campaign is the actual creative. In a lot of cases, the way the creative gets named inside of the serving solution has nothing to do with the way the asset or the creative is identified in other applications you hape. So that's where w and then how do you take to associate that campaign, that creative with all these other attributes?
