How to Design a Strength Block

The first thing that I generally look at when you're theming the block is the good thing that you're doing. Having a theme helps you with every h0 you're kind of limiting your options but you're doing it in a good way because you're making it more and more simple for you so let's say the previous block we were doing a half kneeling dumbbell overhead press now if we're going into a strength block that's not going to be a particularly heavy weight we're going to be able to use in that exercise. Once you've got your exercises then you look at your rep range which again comes from your theme and then you can start looking at your filler exercises as well
