The Prohibition of Alcohol in America
In the late 18 hundreds, a family in Colorado decided to open their own brewery. Three years after opening, adolf cors bought out his partner and became the sole owner of the brewery. But then, boom, the prohibition. The eighteenth amendment to the us Constitution banned the manufacturing, transportation and sale of intoxicating liquors. All the prohibition did was turn alcohol loving citizens into criminals.
