Do You Remember the TENS CT?
When everything else has been negative, it is appropriate to do a CT scan of the chest abdomen and pelvis. Anterior riles might suggest you don't upper lobe infiltrate. A lot of infections and tumors in the abdomen can really hide and not be very impressive on physical exam. And also retroperitoneal findings are not going to be palpable on physical examination.
