I think everybody should be able to integrate this to have more equanimity in their life. And one of the other just really simple things that I've learned from this that's so important and it sounds so simple but it's really hard is, you taught me the idea of noticing your thoughts,. like clouds passing across your mind and seeing them. You don't have to believe each one and you don't need to then take each one on a ride or let it take you on a ride and think a thousand more thoughts that come from that one thought which could be really self-defeating or could be really negative or really stressful.
