How to Learn Jiu Jitsu
I've had this thought of how I like to learn Jiu Jitsu because I think I've you know it's been a few years now um and I'd say that in that time I have learned a lot of things. My knowledge of positions and guards and different concepts is quite thick but my physical capabilities on high level people are going to take years to catch up with essentially. The one analogy that I use or give to people now when I talk to someone that's like starting and wanting to really get into it was I felt like at the start it was like a dark room and then you get locked in this room and all of Jiu Jitsu is projected on the walls, ceiling
