Power Training for Older Adults
Power training is extremely beneficial for the older adults. We know that type too muscular fibres are lost and actively faster than our type won endurance fibres. So we need to be activating those quick, fast response twitch fibres so that we are maintaining as much of that narrow muscular efficiency. And power tends to decline faster.
