How to Workout for a Client

Stuart shows us a sample workout of what an actual session meet look like for semi-private clients. The warm-up was TRX squat and row 10 reps, kettlebell two hand clean and press for 10 reps and hip raise for five reps. They had 15 minutes to do that in three rounds which they all quite comfortably managed to do the pause at the top of each rep.
