If you're interested in doing the beta program, which I'll talk about here in a minute, or if you just wanna take some of these ideas and run with them, I would highly encourage it. 15 hour fast every day. You have a time when you stop eating at night, and then the clock ticks,. And so 15 hours from when it, so if you stop eating it at 8 p.m., that would be what? 11 a.m. Is a pretty simple way to go about that. But even if you feel like you can do more, I'd actually say maybe don't at first, wait till you've done the protocol all the way through.
