The Ukranian Government's Statement on the Alenci Formula

The ukraine government came out with a statement like this 24 hours after the summit wrapped up. The reason it happened is not difficult at all to work out what happened clearly was that ukraine And of course the western paz came under very heavy pressure from the south.
