The Importance of Regular Breaks

As a woman who's in strength sports, it is inevitable that your range of motion is going to be reduced. For me as a man, not really. It doesn't really matter what I do. Regular sips of water don't push yourself too hard. Like, we joke, but there are people who turn up to IVF clinics and the advice is just loosen weight because mechanically you can't achieve it
