How to Ease Restrictions in a Day or Two Per Week

I strongly recommend that you have a day where you ease restrictions. It doesn't mean go binge and go crazy. But it just really helps to have one day where the restrictions are peeled back or even drop away completely. The other thing I recommend in FAST 15 is having 15 minutes of quiet time per day. That's not mandatory, but if you're going to add one more thing that you could make a 15 minute commitment to every single day, this is a good one.
