I think we're naturally quite impatient when it comes to our health, which I understand I am as well. We can't just eat well for 10 days and expect to feel well for 10 weeks. It just takes time to build it all in. And what we need to do is be a bit more mindful with if we have a reaction,. Instead of automatically going into that mode of you failed, you know, willpower, it's okay. So yeah, but having this knowledge really helps.
