This case illustrates the old adage that uncommon presentations of common diseases is a much more frequent phenomenon than rare diseases. And then I guess my pearl is, think about F-U-O and travelers, right? In a way, you should be excited if you have someone who's recently traveled, who has a fever and you don't know what it's from. It may not be something exotic, but at least it's going to take some work.
