How to Communicate Effectively
assumptions surfacing for family trips or friend gatherings is helpful and that probably sounds so like so ridiculous but think about the times where people had disagreements because there were assumptions in opposition with one another. You can you know debate and disagree without being disagreeable and that you can fully move forward and support the positions of your teammates when it's appropriate even if it's not your position. And also this is another one of those things I learned from Jeff Bezos whichI really like there's a phrase that he is that Amazon the disagree and commit and I try to use that whenever possible If it's an important project, don't just work under different assumptions we it's very hard to communicate communication is very difficult
